Overview: Appliance Rescue Service is an appliance repair company based out of Plano, IL. They were looking to update the look of their current site to a modern and visually appealing website. This clean and sleek website is easy to navigate and clearly shows the services they offer, their service area, and that they are a trust worthy reputable brand.

Kitchen Ingenuity Website

Client: Kitchen-Ingenuity.com

Overview: Kitchen Ingenuity was looking for a website developer in Naperville to create a website for their kitchen remodeling business that specializes in custom loft spaces in Chicago. They wanted users to quickly identify their expertise within the kitchen remodeling space, and let potential customers browse through their portfolio of projects they have completed. This modern and easy to navigate website leads potential clients down a path of building trust and confidence that Kitchen Ingenuity has the experience and skills to design and build their dream kitchen.

Medical Encyclopedia Mobile App

Client: Bastian Voice Institute (Laryngopedia.com)

Overview: Laryngopedia.com is an online encyclopedia of medical terms and various informational resources related to voice health, swallowing, airway, and other head and neck disorders created by Dr. Bastian and his team at Bastian Voice Institute. Dr. Bastian wanted to expand his online presence, so he turned to Black Line Consulting to create a mobile app version of Laryngopedia.com.

Bidding And Scheduling Mobile App

Client: Roofing Company

Overview: BLC’s client, a local roofing company, needed a mobile simplified version of their current web-based application. The mobile app is to be used by field personnel to expedite and streamline the bid process.

Automated Workflow System

Client: Provides master scheduling and REAL inspection related services. They partner with lenders, borrowers, and inspectors.

Overview: They were looking for an automated workflow system and chose to partner with BLC to streamline their property inspection process. They went from a complicated, time consuming manual method to an efficient, automated process.

Database Management System

Client: Strategic Digital Signage (SDS)

Overview: SDS designs, installs, and manages company’s smart digital signage networks.  SDS came to Black Line Consulting to assist in organizing and managing the database for in-store kiosks for one of the largest furniture retailers in the world. They looked to Black Line to fix inefficiencies from a previous build and were looking to partner with a company with ample support, quick turnaround, true documentation and quality control practices in place.
